Les patients sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des obstacles majeurs lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;obtenir un diagnostic pr\u00e9cis de leur maladie. Il est essentiel de comprendre que le diagnostic de l&rsquo;\u00e9pilepsie repose sur un examen \u00e9lectrophysiologique du cerveau, appel\u00e9 EEG (\u00e9lectroenc\u00e9phalographie). Cependant, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;EEG est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme difficile, en raison de la complexit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alisation et de l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation de l&rsquo;examen. Cette situation engendre une errance diagnostique pour les patients, un retard dans la prise en charge m\u00e9dicale et des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>En 2014, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, BIOSerenity s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des solutions innovantes pour d\u00e9mocratiser l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;EEG.
